We’ve received numerous messages asking, “How do I get a Letterwinners Ring?”

Now we have an answer for you!

We will open a link to purchase a ring from now through the end of Sunday, November 14th! At that time, we’ll place the order, and Victory Rings will deliver it to “H” in approximately 10 weeks. We’ll announce a few opportunities to pick it up, or you can pay to have the ring shipped to you.

Your ring will come with your year (graduation or last year of competition), and your name engraved on the inside. You can choose from the men’s or women’s style.

You need to go to a Jewelry Store to get properly sized. We’ll have a set of ring sizers at our tailgate (and hopefully the quarterly meeting) where you can also see the ring in person.

Please make sure that all of your information is accurate when you hit submit – there will not be any refunds or exchanges for an error on your part.

All members of the “H” Association are invited to attend our tailgate on Saturday, November 7. The tailgate will start 3 hours before kickoff, which has yet to be determined.

Tumble 22 will be our sponsor for this tailgate (pending confirmation of kickoff time), so your RSVP is extra important to ensure we have a good headcount for food.

ANGEL AND THE BADMAN opens in theaters this Friday, October 9th, and I’d love your help getting us across the finish line. The top-five opening and the Tom Cruise part are now in the hands of the ticket-buying public. My abdominal muscles remain uninvolved.

Seriously, we are proud of this movie and grateful to the cast, crew, financiers, and our friends at Angel who helped bring it to the screen.

Tuesday, July 22, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM

Join us for an exciting evening as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of our organization, look ahead to the future, and connect with fellow members.

The first 100 current, paid members to RSVP may bring one guest, and each will receive a complimentary meal from Tumble 22. After the first 100 guests, meals will be available for $10 each.

The evening will include:

• Special remarks from University of Houston coaches
• A look at our vision and goals for the next two years
• Election and vote on the Board slate for the upcoming term

To vote, members must be current on their dues and RSVP in advance.

During the month of July, we will be holding a backpack drive to benefit the kids of the Third Ward. Stuff a backpack with school supplies and bring it to the annual meeting or one of the other drop-off locations, and you will be entered into a drawing for a Quad Brick autographed by a UH great!

We had a great time supporting the UH Men’s Basketball Team against Auburn this past Sunday! It was a great win and demonstrated to new fans why we have the nickname, “Cardiac Coogs!”
